Importance This article deals with the analysis of utilitarian resources of forest plantations, the integral indicator of which is the net income from the harvesting of wood and non-wood products. This is important for agricultural regions with slope vulnerable-to-erosion lands.
Objectives The article aims to analyze the forest productivity of slope forest cultivated landscapes in terms of plantations of forest forming species of various particularity concerning soil fertility.
Methods For the study, I used the analytical method and methods of statistical analysis. As well, market prices were taken into consideration.
Results The article presents calculated data on forest raw material resources' efficiency of forest range in agrarian landscapes and regularity of its change depending on various factors and conditions.
Conclusions The article concludes that it is necessary to keep records of raw resources of protective forest stands in order to increase their competitiveness in comparison with other means of amelioration of degraded agricultural land.

Keywords: slope forest-agrarian landscape, flow regulating forest belt, wood, non-timber forest products, economic assessment
