Importance The article considers the formation of a portfolio of projects in the regional management system of public-private partnership.
Objectives The paper aims to develop proposals for formation of such a portfolio.
Methods We used a matrix analysis and statistics
Results We developed and propose a mechanism for selection of projects of public-private partnership and formation of the regional projects portfolio.
Conclusions We conclude that the mechanism will help to balance the development of the region when making decisions on public-private partnership instrument expediency for regional projects implementation.
