Importance The article considers the influence of corporate behavior on the effectiveness of the company's activities, its investment attractiveness, and satisfaction of the employees.
Objectives The paper aims to identify and evaluate the impact of corporate behavior on the effectiveness and investment attractiveness of companies in different countries, as well as employee satisfaction.
Methods For the study, I used a comparative analysis, ranking, classification, formation of ratings based on a sociological survey.
Results The paper justifies the influence of corporate behavior on the company's investment attractiveness.
Conclusions The conclusions are about how corporate behavior directly affects the labor quality and value of the company.
