The article notes that scientific and technological advance is the most important strategic direction of the country's agriculture development. Innovation processes are to speed up its continuous updating. The recent years outlined a certain progress in rural economy. However the country's crop production tends to an unstable situation. This is connected with the natural and climatic conditions of managing.
