Regional system of generation of knowledge

In the article it is noted that development of regional innovative system plays one of key roles at creation of competitive economy. The institutional component represents as a platform for region development as a whole and is capable to form new opportunities for strengthening of competitive advantages. On the example of the Sverdlovsk region the regional institutional structure is constructed, the main types of the relations arising at functioning of allocated institutes are defined, the classification of regional institutes of generation of knowledge - as the relations which the relevant institute regulates is developed.
