In the article the analysis of the state of wholesale trade in Primorsk area is presented, tendencies and features of its development at the present stage are revealed, the factors influencing increase in volumes of wholesale commodity turnover are defined, the problems of functioning of the wholesale enterprises in Primorsk area are revealed and the measures for their elimination are offered.
