The definition and the logic scheme of research of power safety of the region are offered. The problems of power safety and prospect of supply by power and thermal energy of the Republic Tuva, the conditions of their possible realization are analyzed. The main perspective directions of improvement of system warm and power supply, ensuring power safety of the region are considered.
