Сreating of industrial park zones as basis of regional economy modernization

In the article the questions connected with difficulties of regional economy modernization on the basis of formation of system of technological and industrial parks are investigated. Experience of implementation of creation projects of tekhnoparkovy zones in various regions of Russia is analyzed. The assessment of efficiency of such projects is given and typical shortcomings are revealed, actions for their neutralization are offered.
