Introduction of motivational system as factor of organization development

In this article the question of introduction of motivational system on the enterprise being in crisis situation is considered. Definition of concepts as motivation and motivational system is made. The main problems during the developing and introduction of effective system of motivation are revealed. The adaptive model of development of labor motivation as a condition of growth of efficiency of the sociolabor relations at the enterprise is developed. The package of measures for successful introduction of changes in motivational system is presented.
