Administrative reform in the Khabarovsk area: results and problems

On an example of Khabarovsk area the results of administrative reform on the following directions are analyzed: regulation of public and municipal services (functions), providing information on government services provided in electronic form, the organization providing services on the principle of "one window" and the optimization of functions of executive bodies, etc.. It is shown that as a whole positive development of administrative reform in Khabarovsk area has of a number of problems.
