Systematic approach to regional innovative perception administration

In this article there are considered the peculiarities of innovative perception administration of the region that allow to disaggregate system components and to explore the mechanism of its administration. There is given the classification of the innovative perception in the region. There are represented quantitative and qualitative indicators that allow assessing the level of innovative perception of a concrete territory. The necessity of interconnected regulation of the national and regional innovative development is justified here.
