In the article it is researched the problem of infrastructural supply and approaches to the evaluation of the impact of infrastructure on the regional development. It is identified and systematized the effects of infrastructure depending on directions and results of this influence, the change in the character and directions of interaction between the subsystems of production and the settlement with the subsystems of infrastructure. It is offered conceptual approaches for the integrated evaluation of the impact of infrastructure on regional development, based on its functional specialization and a comprehensive approach to the identification of the population, agriculture, nature and culture.
