The quality of life assessment as up-to-date approach to the assessment of socioeconomic regional development level

The definition “quality of life”, as one of the relevant approach to the socioeconomic regional development level assessment, was drawn up. Restrictions and requirements for the quality of life assessment methodology were extracted and validated. The system of particular elements, which represent the quality of life index integrated system, was developed. On the basis of the elements the methodology of assessment the quality of life integrated index was proposed and validated. Characteristics specifying proposed methodology were described.
