The current state of a social infrastructure is a direct consequence of political and economic transformations in the country. Article is devoted to the analysis of those infrastructural objects which at the high social importance have low economic efficiency or in a current state have no effective tools for the further development. It is a question of preschool educational institutions (Kinder-gardens) and average educational institutions (schools).
