In article the basic components of innovative maintenance of educational process in sphere of additional vocational training are described, their influence on quality of educational services is analyzed. As the part of innovative maintenance is offered model of formation of a parameter of quality « the Operative estimation» on the basis of introduction of innovative technologies, and also is examined as an estimation of knowledge of the student methodology of development «portfolio».
