Some Features of Influence of Economic Crisis on Regions of Russia

In the article it has been established, that the degree of manifestation of an economic crisis depends on the level of social and economic development of regions of the Russian Federation. The reasons of this phenomenon have been substantiated and proved. The fact of occurrence of new depressive territories on the map of Russia in 2009 has been established.
     The number of subjective and objective factors which will allow neither traditional nor newly developed problem regions to go over to long-term development without any changes of tactics and strategy of management have been marked out.
