Providing of marine economic activities in Arctic with shipyard infrastructure

Analysis of current state of Kola Peninsula ship repairing system has shown that it conforms to needs of navy, fishing and transport fleet and some coastal industry objects at the moment. However there are some problems which consist in inconsistency of imperfective economic relations and current technics and technology state to the innovation projects in off-shore oil and gas extraction and fleet development. Some ways to solve these problems are founded in the article.
