Perfection of methods an estimation of human development index (in the Far East region of Russia)

Recently domestic and foreign economists began to give attention of human measurement of economic development. Similar researches are reflected practically in all analytical documents of the international organizations. For today of idea of human development become actual all over the world including in Russia, in fact on a standard of living of the person influence not only high economic parameters, but also a number of social aspects of ability to live.
     In the present work the new approach to an estimation of an human development index (HDI) has been offered. On the basis of expansion of design procedure HDI has been lead at a level of Far East regions. Also values of the modified HDI both across Russia as a whole, and at a level of regions of Russia.
