We propose three interrelated formalized procedures for tasks of cross-border analysis of transport and energetic infrastructure and subordinate cross-border regions, and also for the design of cross-border territorial forms (Euroregions), which consist of charting and assessing the length of their border areas, the calculation of the total density of cross-border transport and energetic communication for allied border areas, and calculate the dimensions of cross-border conjugative areas in comparison to the total density of their transport and energetic communications. We show the possibility of using these procedures in the planning of cross-border territorial forms.

Keywords: transprort and energetic transboundary communications, territorial forms, Belarusian-Russian-Ukrainian border, Euroregions, formalized procedures, density of communications
