In connection with the crisis phenomena in economic the problem of maintenance of a sustainable development of economy in various branches of economy, on (mikro - meso- and macrolevel) has got recently more important. One of factors of maintenance of a sustainable development including, in agriculture, consists in development of various forms of managing and functioning. The conclusion that development of small forms of managing allows to solve, both economic, and social problems of development of rural territories, involving of inhabitants of a countryside in an active public life, increase of employment and self-employment of peasants and maintenance of comprehensible level of incomes living in a countryside, maintenance of employment and maintenance of incomes of agricultural population, a sustainable development of rural territories, is drawn.
