Special importance of the ecological factor for sustainable development of national economy: conceptual analysis

The article presents theoretical views about an ecological factor in sustainable economic development on the basis of the studied domestic and foreign scientific literature. The author considers the functions one of the factors of economic growth is the natural capital in detail. They conclude that the new paradigm of development paradigm that takes into account environmental and economic interests. The paper supposes that the "green" economy will be the direction for achievement of sustainable national development.
