The paradigm of modern economic progress of development requires careful consideration of the environmental impact of economic activities on the environment. Subjects of industrial activity in many respects are not interested in the existing system of environmental regulation and restriction of their activities on the part of the state. The problems of the development of mechanisms of environmental funds, ensuring symbiosis of quality growth of the national economy and people's lives are considered.
