In the article the role in the formation of Russian super ethnos Turko-Tatar super ethnos Cossacks, Finno-Ugric peoples, all other people of Russia and the Mongolian people, and the development of the Russian state on the basis of innovation, the perceived Russian from the Mongol Empire, and its own innovations in the politico-military Union vassal type when entering Russia in the Golden Horde and the Mongol Empire as a whole on the Rights of the vassal state are analyzed.
