Some scenarios of innovation in Russia

In the article various scenarios of development of Russian economy for the period till 2030 are presented. An economic consequence of the country enters into the World Trade Organization and the possible failures of European countries on raw materials of Russia are considered. It is noted that competitive advantage of Russia in economy development - its human potential. The state has to create conditions for work of professionals; differently the human capital will leave, having nullified innovative policy of the state.
