Transformation of local payment instruments for use in national payment system

The problems of transformation and adaptation of payment tools of local payment systems for use in national payment system are considered. Requirements of subjects of the market to retail payment tools are formulated. On the basis of the revealed tendencies of development of the regional payment cards "Gold Crown" the directions of receiving complex economic effect of use of the operating cards, expected results of use of the uniform payment tool are defined.
