Improving the quality and reliability of complex system management of critical energy infrastructure in the UES of Russia

In the article the problems of increase of management reliability by difficult systems of critical power infrastructure in the conditions of formation of the convergent information platform uniting telematic, computing and information services in UES of Russia are considered. It is used the base of creation of an information and technical complex of monitoring of electronic managing directors of transactions that is important for development of national economy and increase of its power safety.
