Role of public authorities in counteraction to religious extremism and nationalism in subjects of the Russian Federation

The analysis of the modern situation connected with growth of extremist moods and crimes because of international discord is carried out. Current legislation gaps in the counteraction sphere to extremism are revealed. The conclusion about need of carrying out analytical researches and the special events, allow to counteract formation and formation of extremist moods is drawn. The role and tasks of state authorities of subjects of the Federation in this sphere are defined.
