Ensuring food security is an important national priority. In this regard, in terms of Russia's accession to the WTO relevant issue is the formation of an effective system of financial support for food security, contributing to increasing the competitiveness of the domestic agricultural sector. The goals, objectives, and principles of financial systems to ensure food safety are considered in the article.
