In the article, by results of the analysis of the current hygienic criteria of intensity and exposition dose of thermal infra-red radiation, the question on system approach necessity to works on harmonization of normative-reference and technical documentation of the Russian Federation in the field of medicine and labor safety is considered. An absence of objectivity and science-based logic at the ascertainment of the working conditions classes on the real examples is shown. The fact excludes a calculation possibility of real professional risk qualitative and quantity indicators, and suppresses a procedure of the differentiated establishment of the admissible seniority in the conditions of a heating up microclimate.
