In this paper we have studied the theoretical and practical aspects of the concept and process of implementing the system of technological innovation, based on the simultaneous introduction of technological and managerial innovations in innovation activity. The concept of managerial innovations innovative organization, the modern management innovations, the introduction of which expected in to Russian enterprises are deepened.
