In this paper the algorithm of implementation of technological innovations on the industry enterprises are presented as a universal step-by-step instrument of forming of measures for innovations implementation. The basis of this algorithm consists of an examination of management system of enterprises, which is characterised by the presence of sustainability management system in the world-wide high-tech industrial companies. The example of Foreign and Russian practical usage of the algorithm's technological innovations' implementation is presented.
