Modernization of the economy in Russia: issues status and prospects (Or how to meet President of Russia?)

National defense and security depend on success in the forthcoming upgrade to move from raw material to the innovation economy. For modernization in practice requires a number of conditions are met: First, support for those who would be interested. Secondly, for modernization requires huge amounts of money (several trillion dollars), where to get them in a crisis? Third, you need non-corrupt system of government. These issues are discussed in this article.
