In article the research approach to the decision of a problem of the coordination of interests of participants of a control system in labour potential of region with use of institute of the social partnership acting in modern economic conditions as the major tool of the coordination of interests of various social groups, their public associations, business and authorities at level of region in the course of working out and realisation of strategy of its development is presented.
