Interrelations estimation of general, economic safety and social and economic development of resort-recreational system

It is proved logically and empirically in article (on example city-resort Anapa), that distinctive feature of the tourist industry systems and resort recreation in respect of safety from others social and economic structures is inverse relationship between given category, the economic safety condition and economy and society development. That is if safety of the country and other systems is defined (is a derivative) social and economic development, that economic safety and social and economic development of tourism and resort-recreational systems are derivative from the general safety.
