On March 20, over a thousand of heads of state colleges and about a hundred of heads of commercial colleges came to the Fundamental Library of MSU after M.V. Lomonosov for the IXth meeting of the All-Russian conference of rectors. Dmitry Medvedev, the President o Russia participated in the conference and in his report confirmed that all the educational projects would remain active despite the economical crisis. The Russian Government is preparing the necessary documents, able to facilitate the issue of cheap credits for educational needs.
