Development of the national investment strategy in the context of financial instability

The article analyses economic situation in terms of financial instability and evaluates the investment policy adopted in Russia with relation to economic security. Foreign investments making an ambiguous impact on the economy of emergent nations, the article suggests mechanisms of foreign investment review based on gap analysis. The authors developed the main principles of investment strategy, and suggested an economic and mathematic model that determines demand of industries and regions for domestic and foreign investments.
