Want for lifelong education is a child of the XXth century as are computers and low-earth orbit satellites. Technological revolution boom, quick pace of technological advance in technics, transport, communications, informational technology resulted in the life cycle of equipment generations becoming shorter than the active labor activity of a person - for the first time in the economic history of mankind. Altogether the process affects the principles of education.
