On January 13, 2009, the ceremony of parentage order awarding took place in the Grand Kremlin Palace. Dmitry Medvedev, president of Russia, opened it stating that the Kremlin was visited by unique persons. They got blue ribbons for their tireless care of kids giving them all they can: both love, and warmth, and attention. After the ceremony Dmitry Medvedev, president of Russia, talked to Tatyana Golikova, Health and Social Development Minister. Demographic issues and their solutions were discussed in the course thereof.
