The article is devoted to research of questions of expansion of participation of the domestic banking sector in economy modernization at the expense of creation of economic systems with participation of the state, business and financed by banks. The special attention is paid to the analysis of opportunities of increase of a role of internal financial sources in ensuring economic growth of the country.
