In the article the method of an assessment of readiness of the enterprises to the innovative activity, including calculation of two integrated groups of indicators is presented. One of groups assumes an assessment of financial condition of the enterprise, another - an assessment of level of innovative possibilities. Results of an assessment on the offered technique of a number of the Russian enterprises are offered, the corresponding recommendations on participation in innovative activity are made. The practical importance of a method of an assessment at application in the various purposes is presented.
