Struggle for financial repartition of the world has now become aggravated. The new financial system in which world economy development in a solving measure depends on acceptance and observance by the countries of uniform norms of activity in credit and financial sphere is formed. Thereupon there is a question on prospects of realization of the offers of Council approved by the international community on financial stability and Basel committee on bank supervision, including introduction of principles of Basel II and Basel III in Russia.
