Ways and methods of risk minimization in local payment systems

In the article it is noted that in the conditions of activization of formation of national payment system and high-quality development of local payment systems get a special urgency of a problem of minimization of risks. Possibility of use and adaptation of traditional ways and methods of minimization of the general and specific risks in local payment systems on three stages of life cycle is proved: development and introduction, functioning of local payment system and its integration into national payment system.
