In the article the estimation of an economic situation after an exit of their world crisis of 2008-2009 is given, the critical analysis of economic policy in modern Russia is carried out. Authors offer economic model of development of the market of the bank services, based on the new model of economic growth assuming stimulation of the offer of the goods and services, regarding as of paramount importance deep institutional modernization, improvement of a business climate.
