Conditions for stable development of bank mergings (syndicates) in Russia

There are some questions need to be highlight in the article that treat the most importance of the bank merging appearance and connect it with the main task of such merging namely financing the large-scale business.
     Besides it there is a definition for basic conditions of the bank merging stability.
     And finaly we have classified the Volga region banks in order to pick up them to be merged in the bank syndicate.
