Corporate dividend policy management matrix

This article is to describe author’s approach to analysis and management of dividend policy, based on corporate dividend policy management matrix (DMP). DPM method based on three financial indicators: dividend payouts, dividend yield, dynamics of economic value added. Systems analysis of correlation between these financial indicators helps analyst find compromise between interests of shareholders and management, considering corporate financial strategy. Corporate dividend policy management matrix could be interesting and useful for specialists in financial management of corporation.
