In the article the role of region banking sector in clusters developing is estimated. The analyses of region bank activity in the context of finance and management consultant as a perspective way of cooperating with clusters are carried out. The opportunity of quantity expression of region bank sector’s influence on the efficiency of cluster’s activity through I. Ansoff’s synergy effect’s quantitatively estimating method is studied out.
