Research of the problem of reproduction of rural labour potential of Russia

In this article the author investigated the problem devoted to the reproduction of the working potential in the agricultural field in Russia. One investigated demographic, social and economic aspects of the problem with the use of the statistic data of the Federal Statistic Board in Russia and also some propositions of the Federal Aim Program «Social development of village up to 2012» and the state programs aimed to the development of agriculture and regulation of the markets of agricultural production, raw materials and foodstuff for the 2008-2012. In the end the author comes to the conclusion that the state must take some urgent social-economic measures to solve this problem devoted to the reproduction of the working potential in the agricultural field in Russia.
