The article is marked by a novelty of raising the issue about the necessity of increase of the role of innovation development currency factor. The proposal of improvement of the currency policy and distinct delimitation of liabilities and responsibility of authorities for its implementation is well-reasoned. New phenomena on the Russian currency market and tasks of increase of the role of the currency market in the innovation development of economy are analyzed.
