Importance The article deals with the institutional aspect of the formation of the investment attractiveness of the Republic of Crimea.
Objectives The article aims to explore the institutional aspect of the investment attractiveness of the region. It also aims to identify the impact of institutional factors on the increase of investment attractiveness of the territory.
Methods The study involves the abstract-logical method, analysis and synthesis.
Results The article presents recommendations on implementation of target models of simplification of business conduct and increase of investment attractiveness. It also offers a range of activities that contribute to increasing the investment attractiveness of the Republic.
Conclusions and Relevance Without an appropriate institutional environment, the investment advantages of the region can not be fully realized. The article can be useful in the preparation of State programs to improve the investment attractiveness of the region.
