The author poses the question of the need to find alternative measures for business support in addition to the existing package. The relevance of such a task is associated both with the limited budgetary resources and with the modest results obtained from the use of traditional measures: allotting of grants for starting a business, subsidized interest rates, preferential lease of municipal property etc.
